Transloading & Material Handling
The problem: Your commodity doesn’t fit standard procedures. You don’t have a rail spur. Other providers say “we can’t handle that.”

- All railcar types handled: hopper, tank, boxcar, flatcar, gondola—certified for hazmat and specialized commodities

Storage & Strategic Infrastructure

- Railcar storage solutions: short-term holding, long-term staging, unit train assembly across three Wyoming yards
- Bulk commodity silo storage for soda ash, minerals, and free-flowing bulk products
- Rail-connected real estate: 470+ acres with available land for facility development, leasing, or relocation
- Foreign Trade Zone access at Casper facility (CTran) for duty-free import/export staging
- Flexible arrangements: per-car fees, monthly commitments, ground leases, or build-to-suit partnerships
